Child Benefit: Armed Forces

- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer to which partner child benefit is payable in circumstances where a member of the armed forces and his wife are posted overseas while in receipt of child benefit.

Child benefit continues to be payable to the same member of the couple who was receiving payment prior to the posting.
