- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether he was (a) informed about and (b) approved the closure of the website relating to the Deepcut Review conducted by Nicholas Blake QC; and if he will make a statement.

No. The website was set up by Nicholas Blake QC for the duration of the review and closed recently, more than a year after the report was published in March 2006. The report is still available on the internet on Nicholas Blake’s webpage at Matrix Chambers at:"http://www.matrixlaw.co.uk/WhoWeAre_Members_NicholasBlakeQC.aspx"A copy will also shortly be put on to the MOD’s website at:"www.mod.uk"
