The Government are aware that the United States Government identified Bank Saderat in a press statement of 8 September 2006 as being involved in the transfer of funds to"““Hizballah and other terrorist organizations””,"and that the bank was being"““cut off from all access to the US financial systems, direct or indirect””."We are keeping the situation under review.
