- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the answer of 6 June 2007, Official Report, columns 618-20W, on security measures, how many individuals have breached their control orders.

The Secretary of State reports quarterly on the exercise of his powers under the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005. This includes the number of charges and convictions for breach. I refer the hon. Member to my most recent statement of 21 June 2007, Official Report, columns 109-11W.
