- asked Her Majesty's Government:Further to the Written Answer by Lord Falconer of Thoroton on 6 June (WA 195), for each of the years 2001 to 2005 inclusive, how many prosecutions or convictions for corruption (or related offences) involved prison officers.

The court proceedings database, which supplied the statistics for my Answer on 6 June (WA 195), does not divide the figures by occupation. I therefore refer the noble Earl to my Answer on 21 May (Official Report, col. WA 83).
