What was day on which DTI was first made aware of military implications of Iraqi contract with Sheffield Forgemasters & Walter Somers & on which it was made known to DTI that Dr. Gerald Bull had conceived plans involving piping for a gun or launcher; what letters there are on Iraqi contract now known to be for a gun between DTI & Sheffield Forgemasters & to list dates of them.
