Gazumping
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what steps her Department is taking to tackle gazumping.

The introduction of compulsory Home Information Packs, coupled with e-conveyancing and the Department's work on wider reforms to home buying and selling aim to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the current home buying and selling process, including by discouraging gazumping.
