MRSA: Screening
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate he has made of the cost of introducing MRSA screening for (a) elective and (b) all admissions to hospital.

Estimates of costs for introducing meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are up to £37 million per year and for MRSA screening for all admissions to hospital are up to £124 million per year.
