- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (1) what proportion of the private cold storage facility available to his Department was in use for lamb and beef carcasses in the week beginning (a) 3 September 2007, (b) 10 September 2007, (c) 17 September 2007, (d) 24 September 2007 and (e) 1 October 2007;
