Entry Clearances: Somalia

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will consider revising the rules on issuing travel documents to Somali nationals who are resident in the UK as dependants of EEA nationals.
Answer

The Border and Immigration Agency does not consider it necessary to revise the rules on issuing travel documents to Somali nationals who are resident in the UK as dependents of EEA nationals.
