- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence for what reason he has refused to make it his policy when citing earlier written replies relevant to an hon. Member's written question, to attach hard copies of those earlier replies provided that they were previously given in reply to other hon. Members.

This information is readily accessible to hon. Members, right hon. Members and their researchers in the Official Report. In view of this, it would not be a good use of MOD resources to attach hard copies of the earlier replies.
