Councillors: Insurance

- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what guidance the Government has provided on whether councillors travelling to council meetings are deemed to be employed by their local authority for insurance purposes.

Insurance arrangements are matters for each individual local authority, on which the Government do not provide guidance.
