Departmental Sustainable Development

- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when his Department plans to publish its sustainable operations policy statement.

The Scotland Office is part of the Ministry of Justice for these purposes. The Ministry of Justice published its Sustainable Development Action Plan on 14 March 2008. It sets out the vision for sustainable development in the Ministry of Justice, how sustainable development will be incorporated into the operations and policy making of the Department, the key commitments and how the plan will be delivered.
