To give no of claims for community care grants in each DHSS office in Londonderry city, Limavady, Coleraine & Magherafelt during last 12 months & no in each office granted/refused, & how many of applicants refused were advised on refusal form to apply for a budgeting loan, were offered a budgeting loan & how many offered a loan sought & received such a loan. - Includes ref to no processed, awarded & amount paid (in Library).
