- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what use (a) his Department and (b) its agencies make of (i) MOSAIC data and (ii) ACORN data.

The Ministry of Defence has no central record of having purchased or made direct use of MOSAIC data or ACORN data. It is not possible to ascertain if data from these or similar tools has been used by external agencies or subcontractors working for this Department as it would be of a disproportionate cost to find out.
