Terrorism: Arrests

- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many days after arrest the evidence used to prosecute was available for all people convicted of offences under anti-terrorism legislation, who were held for more than 14 days before charge in the last three years.

[holding answer 13 November 2008]: No one who has been held for more than 14 days has yet to be convicted although a number of cases are awaiting trial.
