- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer pursuant to the Answer to the hon. Member for Brentwood and Ongar of 21 April 2008, Official Report, column 1669W, on council tax: valuation, if he will place in the Library a copy of the guidance provided to Valuation Office Agency staff on using the Agency's council tax banding support tool.

The guidance provided to Valuation Office Agency Staff known as 'MAT2 Case Worker Application—User Guide' will be placed in the Library. Any commercially sensitive or confidential information has been redacted.
