How much revenue would be raised if tax levied at 50% for those earning #50,000 & above, 45% for those earning #40,000 to #50,000, 40% band remained as at present & upper earnings limit was removed & how much if tax levied at 50% for those earning #50,000 & above, 45% for those earning #40,000 to #50,000 & 40% band remained as at present - (Holding answer 23 July 1990)
