To give saving in public expenditure from break in earnings link in uprating of pensions each year since 1979 & cumulatively at current & 1990 prices & further to 169 c595W re gross cost of uprating in line with average earnings, to give figures revalued at 1990-91 prices inc figure for 1990-91 & inc gross cost of uprating invalidity pension & widows pension in line with average earnings also at 1990-91 prices & re gross cost since 1980 of uprating in line with average earnings, figure for 1990-91 & cost cumulatively since 1980 of uprating invalidity pension & widows pension - Inc tables (Holding answer 5 June & 14 June 1990)
