- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs with reference to the Written Ministerial Statement of 29 October 2008, Official Report, columns 30-32WS, on Tibet, what undertakings the Chinese government gave prior to his Department's change of policy on Tibet; and if he will make a statement.
