If he will place in the Library a copy of the September/October 1990 guidance note for adjudication officers in Department of Social Security offices dealing with claims arising under Regulation 13 of the Social Security (1.1 and Diseases) Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations 1986 for back-dating of claims in respect of the prescribed industrial disease vibration white finger. - Includes fact that no such central guidance was issued in Sept- Oct 1990.
