- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) which of the recommendations relating to migration made by the Home Affairs Committee between 2005 and 2007 have been implemented by his Department; how many such recommendations he plans to implement; and what recent steps he has taken to implement such recommendations;

In October 2007 the Home Office provided the Home Affairs Select Committee with a progress report on implementing the accepted recommendations in the report HC775. The Government responded to the Committee's report on Justice and Home Affairs Issues at European Union Level on (HC76-I) on 11 October 2007.
