(2) when he plans to answer Question 269301, tabled on 1 April 2009, on implementation of recommendations of the Home Affairs Committee relating to migration.
Answer

In October 2007 the Home Office provided the Home Affairs Select Committee with a progress report on implementing the accepted recommendations in the report HC775. The Government responded to the Committee's report on Justice and Home Affairs Issues at European Union Level on (HC76-I) on 11 October 2007.
