- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what (a) guidelines and (b) safeguards her Department has in place for the commercial licensing of its departmental databases.

The Home Office does not hold any commercial licensed databases for the use of private companies therefore there are no guidelines or safeguards in place.
