- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence on what date his Department published its report on Future Radioactive Waste Management Capability, RWMF/URD/001; and what representations have been received on the report since that date.

The Future Radioactive Waste Management Capability—User Requirement Document was published within the Department in August 2008 and was provided to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency in September 2008.No representations have been received on the report since it was issued.
