What steps he is taking to ensure that cinema regulations are drafted to ensure that people with guide dogs and wheelchair users can be admitted to any performances - Incl fact that practical guidance on accommodation of wheelchair users is contained in HO booklet "Recommendations on Safety In Cinemas" published in 1955
