Question: What housing provision for disabled people, as a percentage of the disabled population under 59 years, was made by each local authority at the latest date for which figures are available; and what steps he is taking to increase housing provision in the public sector for people with disabilities. - Inc fact that no. of dwellings for disabled people at April 1989, as reported by local authorities in 1989 housing investment programme (HIP1) returns, appears in columns A2C1 & A2S1 of "HIP1 All Items Print (1989)" (copy Library).
