Public Sector: Contracts

- To ask Her Majesty's Government how they scrutinise contracted-out public services to ensure that contracts are honoured by successful contractors.

Departments are required to put in place effective arrangements for the management of contracts to help ensure compliance, value for money and the achievement of required benefits.
