- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how many charging orders for debt were obtained at each county court in each of the last two years.

Copies of tables showing the total number of charging orders made against debtors in the county courts of England and Wales in 2007 and 2008, have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
