Pupils: Discipline

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what forms his Department issues to schools to complete relating to disruptive pupils; and if he will place in the Library a copy of each such form.

Answer: The Department does not issue forms for schools to complete when dealing with a disruptive pupil. However our guidance on the use of force to control or restrain pupils strongly advises schools to maintain systematic records of significant incidents and provides a model record form that they are able to use for this purpose.
