Armed Forces: Training
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) how much expenditure is expected to be saved through training of each Territorial Army (a) squadron and (b) battalion;

As the Secretary of State for Defence announced on 28 October 2009, Official Report, column 354W, having listened to the representations both in Parliament and elsewhere, the Government have decided to provide an additional £20 million to the Army this year to enable routine training for the TA to continue.
