What matters, in regard to nuclear weapons testing and prospects for Argentina signing the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, were discussed with his Argentine counterparts or officials from the Argentine Foreign Ministry, during the visit of Foreign Minister Cavallo to London on 11th December.
