Tourism: Air Passenger Duty

- My Lords, I am sure that the answer to my question is in the Library, and I will go and look it up some time, but what effect does this tax have on small airports such as Norwich International Airport?

The rate is the same regardless of whether one flies from an extremely good small airport, like Norwich or Newquay, or from larger airports.
