- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what the (a) energy rating and (b) energy band is of each building occupied by his Department and its agencies.

The Energy Performance Operational Rating for 3 Whitehall Place is 150 on scale F. Atholl House is located in Scotland and therefore has no requirement to have an energy rating.
