Banks: Loans
- Question
- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what recent estimate he has made of the number of banks which have secured the agreement of customers to long-term fixed-rate mortgages for periods during which such banks had forecast that interest rates would be reduced in each of the last three years; and what his policy is on that practice.
