- To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport in what circumstances heavy goods vehicles registered outside the UK are permitted to enter the UK where the weight and axle arrangements are such that they would not be permitted for UK-registered vehicles.
- Answer

Heavy goods vehicles registered outside the UK are not permitted to enter the UK with axle or gross weights exceeding those permitted for UK registered vehicles.
