Question
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office pursuant to the answer of 3 December 2009, Official Report, column 956W, on the Census, if she will place in the Library a copy of the data-sharing agreement with (a) Local Government Information House, (b) the Royal Mail and (c) Ordnance Survey.
Answer

The information requested falls within the responsibility of the UK Statistics Authority. I have asked the authority to reply.Letter from Stephen Penneck, dated 4 February 2010:"As Director General I have been asked to reply to your recent question asking if a copy of the data-sharing agreement with (a) Local Government Information House, (b) the Royal Mail and (c) Ordnance Survey will be placed in the Library. (315172)""There are no plans to lay a copy of the data-sharing agreement in the House of Commons Library. However an electronic version of the agreement will be on the Office for National Statistics (ONS) website shortly."
