Hunting: Enforcement

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps his Department is taking to ensure compliance with legislation on hunting with hounds.

The Government are clear that the Hunting Act must be complied with as we cannot pick and choose which laws we obey in a democratic society. Ministers have been in regular contact with the Association of Chief Police Officers who have stated their commitment to enforcing the hunting legislation.
