To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government pursuant to the answer of 4 February 2010, Official Report, column 524W, on buildings: energy, how many and what proportion of properties on the Non-Domestic EPC Register have a Band (a) A, (b) B, (c) C, (d) D, (e) E and (f) F rating.
