To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate HM Revenue and Customs has made of the number of UK citizens who have permanent residence in the UK that have retained domicile in (a) Belize, (b) the Turks and Caicos Islands, (c) the Cayman Islands and (d) the Bahamas.
