- To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families what steps his Department plans to take to participate in the Earth Hour event on 27 March 2010.

The Department will take part in the Earth Hour event on the 27 of March by ensuring essential lighting only is operating in our buildings. We will also be publicising this event on our intranet to give our staff an opportunity to take part as individuals.
