- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Valuation Office Agency has requested access to data held on the (a) Home Condition Register, (b) Energy Performance Certificate Register and (c) National Register of Social Housing.

The Valuation Office Agency has not requested access to data held on the Home Condition Report or Energy Performance Certificate Registers, but has requested and received data held on the National Register of Social Housing.
