Question
To ask the Solicitor-General whether any information obtained by the Serious Fraud Office during its investigations into BAE Systems has been passed to the relevant authorities in other jurisdictions; and if she will make a statement.
Answer

The Serious Fraud Office has provided assistance to overseas investigations while ensuring the UK national security interests are protected.
