- To ask Her Majesty's Government further to the Written Answer by Baroness Kinnock of Holyhead on 22 February (WA 233–4), whether discussionshave taken place at ministerial level with the United States on the issues arising from the United Kingdom's arrest warrant procedure.

No discussions have taken place at Ministerial level with the United States on the issues arising from the UK's arrest warrant procedure since 13 December 2009.
