I have asked the authority to reply.Letter from Stephen Penneck, dated March 2010:"As the Director General for the Office for National Statistics (ONS) I have been asked to reply to your recent question asking over what geographic area the estimated £482 million expenditure on the 2011 Census is to be incurred. (324022)""This figure is the cost estimated by ONS to cover the undertaking of the 2011 Census in England and Wales."
