Fire Services: Industrial Disputes

- To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what discussions his Department has held with Group 4 Securicor (G4S) on their proposal that G4S Fire Service provide a contingency force to cover the fire service in event of industrial action and pandemics; and if he will make a statement.

This Department has had no discussions with Group 4 Securicor (GS4) on their proposal that they provide contingency cover in the fire service in the event of industrial action and pandemics.
