Proceeding contribution from Lord Tope (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 23 March 2010. It occurred during Private notice question on Norwich and Norfolk (Structural Changes) Order 2010 and Exeter and Devon (Structural Changes) Order 2010.
Norwich and Norfolk (Structural Changes) Order 2010 and Exeter and Devon (Structural Changes) Order 2010
