Winter Fuel Payments: Greater Manchester

- To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people in (a) the City of Manchester and (b) Manchester Central constituency have received a winter fuel payment since introduction of the scheme.

Information relating to winter fuel payments for the winters of 1997-98 and 1998-99 is not available. The information on individual payments made from winter 1999-2000 is in the following table.
