Scottish Consolidation Fund

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions he has had with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the method for determining the level of grant to be allocated to the Scottish Consolidated Fund in 2010-11.

I have regular discussions with the Chancellor on a range of issues.
