National Lottery

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport if he will make it his policy to refuse consent to Camelot to offer a facility to make cash payments for utilities and other services through National Lottery terminals.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
